TAXES & DUTIES
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.

Returns
Returns
To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns FREE and easy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to contact us via contact@naluunderwear.com. If you live in Romania, we'll send a courier to pick up the items you are returning. If you live outside of Romania, you'll find a return label in your package and all you'll need to do is call your local DHL Express to pick it up.
We’ll give you a full refund via bank transfer to the bank account you provide (if you live in Romania) or via PayPal to the PayPal account you provide (if you live outside of Romania).
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. For hygiene reasons underwear briefs cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
* In case of an international exchange, you will have to cover the shipping cost of the new package.
